Waiver and Severability: The failure to enforce any right doesn’t waive it. Invalid provisions don’t affect the rest of the Terms.
Non-Transferability: Accounts are non-transferable without consent.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Van Beek Natural Science.
